Human Resources Manager

Allissa has experience in all things HR, with a Bachelors in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership. As Human Resources Manager, her role involves all aspects of HR: benefits, recruiting, employee relations, union communications, safety, and more. She partners with management to improve company policies and benefit programs, to lower turnover rates through high hiring standards, and to work diligently to UNITE the company and employees.
