Blake Pasker is a seasoned manufacturing and engineering leader with more than two decades of experience driving operational excellence, global collaboration, and innovative engineering solutions.  His career includes leadership roles at Onto Innovation, 3M, FSI and Texas Instruments, where he spearheaded large-scale capital projects, implemented lean manufacturing strategies, and significantly improved quality, service, and cost outcomes. Blake's expertise spans materials science, high-volume production, and international supply chain management, with extensive experience in Asia and North America.
