Because Carley Foundry began as a pattern shop, pattern making is at the heart of our business. 

Today, we employ the most talented casting engineers and toolmakers. We manufacture wood, plastic, and metal patterns, all types of core boxes, permanent molds, gauges and fixtures in-house. Not to mention years of experience in prototyping castings. By working close with our own process engineers and production departments, our pattern makers and designers can create tools that fit our equipment perfectly, work right the first time, and produce a better casting in a shorter lead time.
