Carley Foundry has completed the install of their latest "drop bottom" style heat treating system! Carley Foundry's own world-class Manufacturing Engineering team took on the challenge of designing and installing the highly customized system that boasts a number of enhancements over traditional systems. Some of those enhancements include "quick loading/unloading" (changing loads without the use of a forklift) and state-of-the-art data acquisition of all load parameters. The new system supports loads of over 6000 pounds and increases overall heat treating capacity by over 25%.
