Doug Kelly

NDT Manager

Doug has spent 34 years in the Casting manufacturing industry, loyally serving only 2 local foundries in that time - the previous 17 years being with Carley Foundry. Doug currently serves as NDT Manager, Responsible Level III, and Radiation Safety Officer. He is certified to train, certify, and test all inspectors in the NDT department and is responsible for handling all customer and 3rd party audits in the NDT areas. Additionally, he holds the following certifications:

• Level 3 certifications for Fluorescent Penetrant Inspections, Radiography Film, and Digital Radiography
• Level 3 certifications for NDT with Honeywell Aerospace
